What lessons cover
Core technical areas
Lessons develop left-hand technique, right-hand technique, dynamic playing, and song playing, with close, steady attention to chord vocabulary and transitions, scales and hammer-ons, strumming patterns and plucking, accents, restraint, palm muting, using the body of the guitar, and song accompaniment and chord variations.
Methods & repertoire
Through technical exercises, contemporary repertoire, and accompaniment work, students develop strong playing skills and explore their own creativity through songwriting and individual artistry.

Graded Examinations
Supports students from Grade 1 to Diploma level (LTCL) for ABRSM and Trinity College London practical and theory examinations. Through technical training, students build a strong foundation and progress confidently through each stage. Along the way they engage with a broad repertoire spanning Baroque to contemporary works, plus sight-reading and aural skills, growing into holistic, confident musicians.
Performance Track
Nurtures a passion for music-making across all levels while building strong foundational technique alongside expressive and virtuosic performance skills. Through curated opportunities such as recitals, festivals, and competitions, students develop into soloists with a strong musical identity and real artistic depth.
